Fried Brown Rice
A wok works the best for this recipe but a large skillet will do in a pinch.
Did you know that people in Hawaii eat fried rice for breakfast?

Brown rice, previously refrigerated if possible
Leftover meat, chopped--chicken, beef, ham, shrimp, etc.
Scrambled eggs, chopped
Onions, chopped
Garlic, minced
Green onions, chopped
Soy sauce to taste
Oyster sauce (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil
Heat wok over medium high heat and add oil. Stir fry onions and garlic until onions are tender. Add meat and eggs and stiry fry for 2-3 minutes. Add rice and eggs and stir fry, breaking up any lumps of rice. Add green onions and drizzle 1 T oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy!
